Check out my art displayed for the month of March 2013 at Waves Coffee House on 17th Ave and 9th St SW.

Sparked Nose Creek 24" x 48" print on canvas
One of those shots you drive by every night and say "Ya know, I should..." so I did.

Swan Slobber
16" x 20" embellished print on canvas

12” x 12” metal print
While exploring the Lost Lagoon at Stanley Park in Vancouver , I noticed a swan dipping it's head for food. Shutter clicks ensued.

First Shaft
36" x 36" embellished print on canvas
One of my most popular pieces from my Mine collection, this shaft represents the beginning of the journey inside the Monarch Mine.

ON LEFT
The Cart
16" x 24" embellished print on canvas
On the second level, after climbing a 200ft ladder and 60ft of rope, is a mining cart that moves with the slightest push, as if it's been maintained since it's abandonment almost 70 years ago.

ON RIGHT

Georgian Grackle
16" x 24" print on canvas
On a trip driving with a friend from Miami to Fredericton NB in a 1970 VW camper van, we stopped at Tybee Beach in Savannah, Georgia. This was the best photo of the entire trip.

Canvas printed at ArtSense — at Waves Coffee.

Thanks Abed for showing off my hologram

Menger Sponge
Left - 12" x 12" mounted print
Right - 11" x 11" monochrome hologram

Internet says the Menger Sponge simultaneously exhibits an infinite surface area and encloses zero volume. So start with an atom then go infinitely inward. Use your flashlight on your smart phone to view the hologram properly. Make sure to move around to see all angles. Imagine the possibilities.

Fork
16" x 24" print on canvas
At the end of a 2000ft corridor into Mt Field comes a fork. Right, a dead end with what looks like spoiled grease. Left, ends with a pile of wood with an unclimbable vertical shaft yet to be explored.

TOP

Deerun
8" x 12" print on canvas with floater frame
I managed to circle around these three deer on my Nan’s yard and capture this image just before they reached the treeline.

BOTTOM
Fire Within
8" x 12" metal print
Originally meant for the paliative care wing of the hospital where my mother secumbed to her bone cancer, this piece was of her hand clutching the rail of a wheelchair as she visited her high school teacher who could barely talk and not move. I had taking shots of a brush fire before and I combined them into this.
